To enroll, all that’s required is completing a brief questionnaire and providing a claims history for the past 5 years.

The policy has been customized to address the risks associated with healthcare facilities based on their specialization.

It provides comprehensive market-standard coverage, including liability towards employees and other professionals (EPL), encompassing occupational diseases. Additionally, it covers third-party liability (TPL) with extensions for damages caused by intentional and grossly negligent acts by employees.

Policy Limits: €2,000,000.00 or €4,000,000.00 Deductible: €2,500.00 or €5,000.00 Self-Insured Retention: €10,000.00 or €25,000.00 Claims management handled by industry experts in collaboration with the insurance company.
