Complaints addressed to GBSAPRI S.p.A. can be sent to one of the following addresses:

In order to facilitate the prompt initiation of the complaint handling procedure, the appropriate form is available HERE for the complainant to use at their discretion to submit the complaint to the broker.
Please note that the complainant retains the option to resort to the Judicial Authority. If they are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint or if there is no response from the broker or the Insurance Company within 45 days, they may contact IVASS (Intermediaries Supervision Service, Via del Quirinale No. 21 – 00187 Rome), or CONSOB (located at Via Giovanni Battista Martini No. 3 – 00198 Rome) as eventually provided by the Additional Terms of the relevant policy, attaching the documentation related to the complaint.
